About

A small salon that does one thing properly.

H&Co is Hayley and Amy. We focus on hair, we use products we trust and we take the time to get the consultation right. That's the whole offer.

We believe great hair starts before the scissors come out.

Founder and stylist

Hayley

Hayley opened H&Co in Guiseley after sixteen years working with women's hair. She started as a Saturday girl, did the work, took the qualifications and kept going. She still has clients she's been cutting for that long.

Her specialism is colour. Balayage, highlights, corrective work and the kind of lived-in tone that grows out without you needing to book a panic appointment. She's also the one who'll tell you, kindly, that the cut you saw on Pinterest isn't going to do what you want it to do, and what will.

Senior stylist

Amy

Amy is a proper all-rounder. Classic shapes, contemporary cuts, blow-dries that hold past 11pm. She'll happily talk you through every option, from a trim to a full restyle, and tell you which one your hair actually wants.

She also leads on extensions. Showpony tapes, wefts and nano rings, fitted to suit your hair pattern rather than fighting against it. If you've been worrying about thinning, breakage or just wanting more length, start with a free consultation with Amy.

The salon

Quiet, warm, considered.

We're on Springfield Road in Guiseley, a few minutes from the train station. Oak panelling, soft lighting and chairs you can actually relax into. Free parking out the front, plenty more behind.

The products

Two brands we won't compromise on.

Kevin Murphy at the basin and on the retail shelf. Skincare-grade ingredients, sulphate-free, cruelty-free. Hair that actually feels different when you wash it at home.

Showpony for extensions. Premium Remy hair, proper colour matching, sensible upkeep. Amy will talk you through the right method for your hair before anything else.

Plus Matrix and Wella for the colour cabinet, because they're still the best at what they do.

Kevin Murphy Everlasting Colour range: leave-in, rinse and wash bottles in coral.
Kevin Murphy Plumping and Body Mass range for thinning hair, in blush tones.
Kevin Murphy Hair Resort beach spray and a pair of Kevin Murphy scissors on light wood.
Showpony skin weft hair extensions box and a length of brunette weft on marble, with a pink orchid stem.
